Danny Soroudi is a seasoned real estate executive who has overseen the successful acquisition, development, financing, and management of a diverse range of assets with a market valuation in excess of $2 Billion.  Throughout his 20+ year career, he has amassed a proven track record for executing strategic, results-driven business plans and delivering superior returns. His wide network of relationships and longstanding partnerships reflect the trust and integrity that are the foundation of Arise Investments.

Danny began his real estate career in the early 2000’s, joining Maxxam Enterprises, the acclaimed Beverly Hills real estate company founded by his family in the 1980’s.  Since that time, he has been involved in the heart of the real estate business, from sourcing potential acquisitions, overseeing underwriting and due diligence, to raising debt financing and equity capital, project design, entitlements and permitting, construction, property and asset management, leasing, and when applicable, disposition. His hands-on experience and expertise in all facets of the real estate life cycle have enabled him to craft and execute successful business plans for numerous properties within the company portfolio.

Danny’s experience ranges not only across the asset life cycle for an individual property, but also across diversified investment types including multi-family residential, office, retail, industrial and hotel/hospitality. He has been involved with assets located across the Western United States, with a core focus on California.  This deep level of involvement has enabled Danny to network across the real estate industry, establishing strong, enduring working relationships with a broad range of brokerage, title, escrow, legal, architectural, engineering, construction, finance and banking professionals.

In 2023, after over 20 incredible years in the family real estate business, Danny, determined to strike out on his own, founded Arise Investments, marking an exciting new chapter in his professional journey.
