257 Park View Land Acquisition

Arise Investments has acquired a development site at 257 S. Park View Street in the Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles for $850,000. Arise plans to build five luxury townhome-style residences on the property, each with three or four bedrooms, a private rooftop deck and enclosed garage parking, along with top-tier designer finishes and private balconies. Construction is slated to begin in 2023.
