Arise Investments, in partnership with Innova Capital Group, has acquired Mountain View Plaza, a 26,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail center at 7th Street and Mountain View Boulevard in Phoenix, for $6 million ($230 per square foot) at a reported 7.22% cap rate. Anchored by Burger King and VCA Animal Hospital, the 2.5-acre center was Arise’s third Arizona acquisition of 2025.
As part of a long-term hold, Arise plans a renovation of the center that will include a new façade, a new signage program, landscaping and other enhancements throughout the property, alongside a proactive leasing program.
